Fairfield Inn & Suites Cookeville

The staff, Dashaun and David (on desk, pm and am) were great. They were pleasant and helpful. Both had to come to my room to turn on my live TV. Your TV remote system is ridiculously absurd and difficult for a non techy senior. Staying in a hotel after a 10 hr drive is not supposed to be frustrating. You need to come up w a better system than 2 remotes. You needed both .

The location was great and the staff were wonderful. They went above and beyond to help me find my phone.

Very pleased with all features. Location, facilities, bath room, food, and personnel. In breakfast area, Katie was exceptional with her pleasantness and going beyond duties to provide food choices and tending to our needs.

The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave.

Breakfast was good and this was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in all year. Convenient location with easy check in and out. Room was small, but efficient for our needs. Overall it was a good value.
